Job responsibilities of the French speaking Document Controller
As the group French speaking Document Controller, you will provide essential support to the international project team as well as the client in France and other related project partners.

Your role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:

• Controlling the issuing of documents going out, and those coming in
• Checking/verifying documents prior to issue for accuracy and compliance
• Maintaining project registers and control logs as needed
• Assisting project teams with storage and access of project information
• Assisting with preparation of reports
• Assisting with scheduling and closeout of project processes

The successful candidate background

• Fluency in French & English is essential
• Extensive document control experience in a construction environment preferable
• Knowledge of Aconex and NewForma - or other process-led, document control systems
• Be detail focused, highly organised, and comfortable working to multiple strict deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Be able to live and work in UK without restriction

Salary, benefits
Excellent - £40,000 - £45,000 (negotiable) and benefits
