You will be experienced in providing HR support to a European Team and will be a fluent French speaker and have preferably worked with Workday.
What you will be doing,
Coordinate with HR teams to ensure all employee records are accurately mainlined and updated. Support the administration of benefits. Including enrolment, changes and enquiries. Ensure the smooth onboarding of new hires by coordinating with HR, IT, Facilities to ensure new hire set up is complete in good time. Manage offboarding processes including processing final payments and ensuring systems are updated. Maintain accurate employee data within our systems, processing updated related to job change and compensation. Respond to enquiries in good time with resolutions or escalation and follow ups.Provide guidance on self service tools and assist employees with using the platform effectively for tasks such as updating personal information or accessing benefits.Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and make recommendations to the HR Operations Director for streamlining workflows.Support the HR Operations Director in ensuring that HR processes are compliant with local regulations and company policy.Help maintain and update HR process documentation as necessary.Assist in generating reports.Support the HR Operations Director with reporting requests and ad-hoc data analysis.About you
