French Speaking Cruise Reservations Coordinator

We are recruiting on behalf of a world-class travel business that is looking for French-speaking Reservations Coordinators to join their growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity with a company that truly looks after its people. What will I be doing?

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in both French and English - handling enquiries from direct guests and trade agents.
• Using your excellent service and sales skills to turn enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Working towards achievable sales targets and enjoying commission rewards on top of your salary.
• Building rapport with customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service at every stage of their booking journey.

What experience do I need?

• You must be fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Customer service or sales experience is essential, ideally within the travel industry where you have sold holidays or cruises but full training is given.
• Experience in a call centre or target-driven environment would be an advantage.

What else do I need to know?

This can be either an office based role in Southampton or if you live further a field they will consider remote workers

Full-time shifts will fall between 08:30am - 7:00pm, with some weekend working on a rota basis.

Salary is £25k, with OTE of around £26,000 - £32,000 depending on performance.
