Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive French lessons to students of various proficiency levels


• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning


• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as necessary


• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement cross-curricular activities and projects


• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to the individual needs of students


• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievement, and behaviour


• Communicate with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in French or a related field


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England (or equivalent)


• Proven experience teaching French to primary or secondary school students


• Excellent knowledge of the French language and culture


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential


• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently


• Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of diverse learners
