We are are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Teacher of French to join our successful Modern Foreign Languages Department from September 2026.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and inspirational teacher who:

Can teach French across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the ability to teach at Key Stage 5 being desirable.
Has excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to high academic standards.
Is able to inspire a love of languages and develop students' confidence in communication.
Demonstrates outstanding classroom practice and strong behaviour management.
Is committed to supporting the Catholic ethos and values of the school.
Works effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and ambitious Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

The Successful Candidate Will

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it.
Have a degree or equivalent qualification in French or a related subject.
Be committed to achieving the highest standards of teaching and learning.
Be willing to contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment and extra-curricular activities
