French Teaching and Learning Assistant Hayes, Hillingdon July/Sept Start 2024 Temporary to Permanent: Full time - Term time Role A secondary school based in Hayes, Hillingdon are looking for a French Teaching and Learning Assistant who has good English and good French to be able support children within the Modern Foreign Languages department supporting French. You will need to be available to start for July/Sept Start 2024 and the school is located close to bus and tube links. As French Teaching and Learning Assistant you will be expected to work alongside children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to help improve progress of children up to the age of GCSE. You will also be supporting children within the MFL department, specifically French. Your responsibilities will include carrying out assessments and observations as instructed by the teacher and adapting the support accordingly to the individual children and their needs. French Teaching and Learning Assistant - Required Skills:
- Able to read, write and speak French or have a degree in French
- Qualifications needed GCSE and above.
- Experience working with children in any setting.
- Contribute an enthusiastic attitude towards learning.
