The Opportunity This newly created role places you right at the centre of customer relationships. You'll be the trusted technical voice for retail partners - protecting standards, solving problems, and driving improvements from field to fork. You'll work hands-on with: Retail customers Internal Technical & Operational teams Product, packaging & sustainability projects No two days are the same. Plenty of responsibility. What You'll Be Doing Act as the go-to technical contact for retail customers Manage customer technical requirements, specifications, and standards Lead responses to technical queries, complaints, and risk assessments Support new product launches, packaging changes, and innovation projects Ensure all customer-facing documentation is accurate, compliant, and audit-ready Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and sustainability Analyse trends and data to reduce risk and drive continuous improvement Support ESG and sustainability initiatives that truly matter Who We're Looking For Experience in a technical role within food, FMCG, retail, or supply chain Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Confidence managing multiple priorities Good MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint) A genuine passion for fresh produce, quality, and innovation Interested?
