Key Responsibilities:
Delivering outstanding service to clients and internal teams
Supporting the reception team and providing holiday cover when required
Managing inbound and outbound calls, ensuring they are directed appropriately
Handling enquiries from both clients and customers with a professional and welcoming approach
Coordinating meeting rooms and events to company standards
Liaising with external catering suppliers for corporate events
Assisting with general administration in a corporate setting
