Front Desk Receptionist / Salon Host

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist / Salon Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy working environment.

Salary:  to be confirmed upon interview

Schedule: 40 hours per week, this will include a Saturday. 

Duties

1. Greeting clients in a warm authentic way.


2. Maintain an organised Front of House environment.


3. Ensure salon stock levels are not running low – ordering when necessary.


4. Taking clients bills and rebooking clients’ appointments.


5. Replying to and composing emails.


6. Cash handling - Petty cash and banking.


7. Opening and closing .


8. Ensure waiting clients are taken care of and offer refreshments
