To manage a caseload of patients independently, balancing clinical and non clinical duties in a flexible and responsive manner. To provide standard and non-standard Occupational Therapy assessments, interventions, and advice using evidence-based, patient centered principles. To work closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to promote independence and to facilitate safe, timely and appropriate discharge To contribute to clinical audit and service development, working with senior team members, professional leads, and Head of Therapies To manage, supervise and develop staff members within the team and wider therapies services To be a role model for other Occupational Therapists, demonstratingthe Trust values of Respect Compassion and Excellent
