Front End Developer - Manchester - Up to £55,000 + bonus

Lorien Global are working closely an established brand in Manchester as they scale their tech function in Manchester. Following a full migration to their own proprietary platform, there's real opportunity here to work at pace, drive innovation, and build next-gen digital experiences for millions of users globally.

The Role:
We're looking for a skilled Front End Developer to join the team and help shape the future of the platform. You'll be responsible for building key features in a React-based environment, collaborating with other developers, mentoring juniors, and ensuring best practices are maintained throughout delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role with plenty of variety, from delivering clean, modern UIs, to peer reviewing code and supporting across the change lifecycle. You'll work in an agile, fast-paced setup, where quality, scalability, and performance really matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deliver UI features using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Estimate work and plan technical tasks across the development lifecycle
• Guide and support junior developers across the team
• Carry out peer reviews and uphold high coding standards
• Collaborate across teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Contribute to the evolution of frontend architecture and design practices

What We're Looking For:

• Strong commercial experience with ReactJS and core frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Solid grasp of modern ES standards and TypeScript
• Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks and frontend testing practices
• Comfortable using Git and working in a collaborative dev environment
• Experience in high-traffic platforms or gaming/betting industries is a bonus
• Excellent communicator who thrives in a team-driven culture
• Passion for problem-solving and clean, maintainable code
