Front end Java developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Freelance Remote Java Developer (backend

experience, such as PHP is a bonus) based in the UK to join our team! This is an exciting

opportunity to contribute to an existing Java application.

About the Role:

• Location: Fully remote (UK-based applicants only)

• Experience Level: Mid to Senior

• Industry: Travel App

• Project Duration: 4-6 weeks (with the possibility of ongoing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the performance of our existing Java application.

• Collaborate with a team of developers and designers to develop & implement

features and enhancements.

• Troubleshoot and debug the application to optimise performance.

• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience as a Java Developer.

• Deep understanding of Java and its ecosystems.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.

• Familiarity with concepts like MVC, JDBC, and RESTful APIs.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
