Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £25,000-£26,000 per annum

The Role

As our Front of House Team Member, you will be the welcoming face of the business. Working closely with the Customer Experience Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the CX Manager for planning, setup, and delivery of client events and meetings
• Managing reception duties: greeting guests, handling calls, responding to inquiries
• Coordinating room bookings, catering and event logistics
• Providing outstanding customer service-ensuring every visitor feels valued and well-assisted
• Working closely with cross-functional teams (agents, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamless event execution

About You

• Strong background in customer-facing roles, such as reception, hospitality, or events
• Skilled in delivering exceptional service with professionalism and warmth
• Experience assisting with events or client-facing activities is highly desirable
• Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment
