As Front of House based in Waterloo you’ll be responsible for:   

• To engage all visitors to the showroom and operates throughout the showroom ensuring every client has an inspirational visit

• Play host to all visitors to the Waterloo showroom and refreshments made available.

• All clients, without fail, are engaged and that they are signposted correctly to ensure their visit is inspiring

• To facilitate all customer enquiries including taking leads and qualifying customers for the sales team when necessary.

• Previous Customer Service experience is essential

• Friendly and personable approach

• Attention to detail

This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours a week Monday - Saturday Hours 9.00am - 5.30pm.
