Front of House

Location: Reigate, Surrey
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00
Position: Front of House Staff

We are looking for a friendly, professional and caring Front of House team member to join our elderly care home in Reigate.

You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and staff, helping to create a warm, welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcoming residents, visitors and families in a friendly and professional manner

* Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries

* Supporting the smooth running of the reception/front-of-house area

* Assisting with general administrative and reception duties

* Liaising with care and management teams when required

* Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception area

* Providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors

* Handling information professionally and maintaining confidentiality

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

* Friendly, approachable and caring

* Professional and well presented

* Reliable, punctual and organised

* Confident communicating with residents, families and colleagues

* Comfortable using a telephone and basic computer systems

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Previous care home, reception or customer service experience is desirable but not essential

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
