Job Description - Front of House Administrator

KC Group are recruiting for a Front of House Administrator to join a leading business based at their modern offices in the Fort Dunlop area.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a salary of £25,000 - £26,000 per annum. The role is based onsite Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Front of House Administrator role Include:

Be the first point of contact for all visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming front of house service.
Support the wider business with a variety of administrative tasks, including managing meeting room bookings
Handling incoming calls
Preparing documents
Organising post
Providing secretarial support to various teams.

To be considered for the Front of House Administrator role you will be:

Highly Organised
Proactive approach to work, with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Previous experience in a similar role desirable
