We're working with a highly regarded independent school in Kingston upon Thames that is looking to appoint a Front of House & Reception Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis from August 2026.

The Role

You'll provide a professional reception service while supporting attendance and school administration.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing reception, telephone, and email enquiries

• Monitoring attendance and following up absences

• Providing administrative support across the school

• Acting as Primary First Aider between 7:30am–8:15am

• Maintaining accurate school records and delivering excellent customer service

Contract & Hours

Location: Kingston upon Thames

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Start Date: August 2026

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm

Working Pattern: 37 weeks per year (185 working days), including term time, INSET days, and two weeks during the school holidays.

About You

Previous school administration or reception experience is highly desirable. You'll be organised, approachable, confident communicating with parents and visitors, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy school office.
