๐Ÿ“Location: Areas surrounding Liverpool Street Station๐Ÿ“

โฐHours: 8.00AM - 17.00PM (Monday to Friday)

๐ŸŒŸ Welcoming guests and visitors

๐ŸŒŸ Ensuring front of house is presentable at all times and aligned with the brand

๐ŸŒŸ Accepting post/deliveries

๐ŸŒŸ Support with questions and queries from visitors and guests

๐ŸŒŸ Conducting daily health and safety checks and coordinating with the Facilities Team

๐ŸŒŸ Creating passes for guest access to other floors or companies

๐ŸŒŸ Notifying companies of their guests' arrival in reception

๐ŸŒŸ Providing a 'hotel' style luxury service to all clients and visitors

Is this you? Our ideal candidate possesses:

๐ŸŒŸ Previous reception experience (preferably)

๐ŸŒŸ Excellent in-person and phone manners

๐ŸŒŸ Strong written and verbal communication skills

๐ŸŒŸ Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

๐ŸŒŸ Proven customer service experience and the ability to provide 5-star service

๐ŸŒŸ Excellent timekeeping skills and the ability to perform under pressure
