THIS ROLE WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK SHIFTS, INCLUDING EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Front of House Assistant for a luxury health club. This role would be ideal for an enthusiastic and engaging individual.

Front of House Assistant responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to members and visitors
• Deliver outstanding tours around the club for all prospective members
• Use of the CRM system to help members e.g. booking classes, courses, events
• Efficient handling of all general operational duties e.g. towel hire, ordering new membership cards

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience within luxury hospitality
• Exceptional customer service skills - member focused service
• Be a great team player
• Fantastic organisational skills
