Front of House Executive - Billericay

I am working with a growing legal firm who are searching for a Front of House Receptionist/Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Within this role you will support with all front of house duties whilst supporting the practice manager with some administration duties

• Meeting & greeting clients
• Taking phone calls and directing them to the correct team
• Maintaining and setting up meeting rooms
• Filing
• support the Practice manager with administration duties when needed
• Scanning & photocopying

Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
