We're looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join a well-established branded Hotel in Hemel Hempstead. As Front of House Manager, you'll lead the team and oversee the smooth running of the guest-facing operation. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards while supporting commercial performance and the wider Hotel operation.

Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team
Ensure consistently excellent customer service standards
Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Oversee bookings and Reception operations to maximise revenue
Monitor departmental costs against forecasted business levels
Maintain and continually improve operating standards
Work closely with Accounts and Revenue teams on paymasters, allowances and adjustments
Identify opportunities to maximise sales revenue and achieve targets
Support health, safety, food safety, security and payment card compliance
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure operational efficiency

What we're looking for:

We're seeking a proactive hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong team management and communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in a fast-paced Hotel environment
Medium to large property operational experience preferred
Previous branded hotel experience would be advantageous
A confident, proactive leader with a positive, can-do attitude
