We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join the team and help provide a fantastic service throughout the day in a busy farm shop cafe! The ideal candidate will be passionate about good customer service and providing the best service possible.

Duties (included not limited to) :
Hands on role

serving customers as well as managing the front of house team.
Responsible for creating all front of house rotas, making sure busy periods are well staffed.
Monthly stock take and ordering of all front of house goods.
Being a positive influence with all members of staff.
Maintain a clean and organised service area.
Collaborate with kitchen team members and the front of house team to ensure timely and efficient food production and service.
