Front Of House Manager / Cosmetic Hospital

We are seeking a professional and personable Front of House Manager to join our new luxury cosmetic hospital in central London. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service in a sophisticated environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a prestigious setting, supporting the smooth operation of our clinic while delivering a welcoming experience for all visitors.

Duties include all general front of house tasks and:-

- Manage patient and surgeon bookings, including consultations, theatre sessions and pre-operative appointments.- ⁠Previous experience using Pabau is desirable.

- ⁠Demonstrate a flexible approach to duties and the day-to-day needs of the clinic.- ⁠Prepare rooms and carry out routine checks to ensure they are ready for use.

- ⁠Support health and safety procedures, including fire alarm checks and coordinating Legionella testing.- ⁠Coordinate waste collection, laundry services and cleaning schedules.- ⁠Maintain the general tidiness and presentation of the clinic.

- ⁠Assist with receiving deliveries and ordering supplies, including Amazon purchases and stationery.

You must be very well presented with some luxury front of house or receptionist experience (within a high end clinic or hospital). You should also be able to start a new position within 4 weeks and ideally in November)
