We are seeking an excellent and outgoing Front of House Manager to join our Oxfordshire team.

Our Front of House reception team team consists of 40+ Receptionists across a site of 100 acres. This role requires someone who is flexible to work weekends and evenings, seven days a week. 

Front of House Manager duties

• Being an ambassador for the Hotel and role model representing the Soho House ethos at all times by ensuring they are executed and maintained.


• Anticipate guest needs to enhance quality service in order to improve member and guest satisfaction


• Ensure that all guests experience is priority at all times following the SH ethos – 92%+ at all mystery guest reports and 9+/10 on members feedback post-stay.


• To be commercially aware and to monitor the site’s performance. Achieve budgeted occupancy %, ADR and therefore Total Revenue for the site.


• Maintain a motivated and high performing team, so that all staff can continually provide service excellence to all guests and members. 


• Work with local People teams and the Diversity & Inclusion team to ensure the site is delivering and maintaining the Soho House Pledge

What we are looking for – Front of House Manager

• Comprehensive knowledge of Opera PMS or other PMS.


• Proven Track record in leadership with at least 5 years' experience in a luxury/ upscale property 


• Passionate about the hospitality industry, people and guest relations, with experience in reception work in a busy, high volume venue


• Previous experience with leading a Rooms Division team


• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues


• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy


• Sense of urgency

Soho Farmhouse...

Surrounded by 100 acres of Oxfordshire countryside, Soho Farmhouse is a destination for food and drink, wellness and outdoor activities. Two hours’ drive or a short train from London, we have 114 bedrooms, including cabins, huts and farmhouse bedrooms to stay in, a state-of-the-art gym, Cowshed Spa, an indoor and outdoor pool and cinema. We have multiple food and beverage outlets on site, The Main Barn is the central hub, serving the club menu all day. On the mezzanine, Comfy Farm has sofas and an open fire place, while Fancy Farm is a more formal setting for lunch or dinner. Expected working hours for a Front of House Manager:

• Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens & closes 


• Average hours 45 hours per week
