Talent Guardian is recruiting on behalf of a vibrant and well-loved cocktail bar in the heart of Soho, known for its creative drinks, buzzing atmosphere, and top-tier service.
We're looking for friendly, proactive, and reliable Floor Staff to join their expanding team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Greeting and serving guests with confidence and warmth
Supporting the bar and floor team to ensure smooth service
Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
Keeping the energy high and the service professional

What We’re Looking For

Positive, enthusiastic attitude
Hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus—but not essential
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for creating great guest experiences
