We are hiring a Front end Developer to join a small team in a dynamic and innovative web development agency based in Warwick, committed to delivering cutting-edge digital solutions for their clients. They specialise in creating beautiful, functional, and high-performance websites and web applications. As a member of the development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications that are not only visually stunning but also highly functional and responsive. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to bring projects to life. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces
Develop web applications using React and Next.js, ensuring they are highly performant and efficient
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
Work closely with the backend development team to integrate with APIs and databases
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Stay up to date with the latest web development trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues and bugs

Requirements:

Proven experience with React and Next.js in a professional or personal project setting
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frontend technologies
Strong understanding of responsive web design principles
Experience with version control systems, such as Git
Knowledge of web performance optimisation and best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
A portfolio of previous web development work is highly desirable
