Frontend Developer Team Lead (Russian Speaking) – (React/TypeScript) – Trading – $130,000 + Bonus with Hybrid Working

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Frontend Developer Team Lead to join one of the largest online Trading platforms in the world. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a product seen by millions, work with cutting-edge technology, and lead a team that’s redefining the future of online trading.

As Frontend Developer Team Lead, you'll guide a team of developers in building high-performance, user-centric web applications. You'll drive technical decisions, ensure code quality, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a frontend team, managing task planning, load balancing, and solving complex engineering challenges.
Architect and build key components of a next-generation trading terminal using cutting-edge technologies.
Conduct code reviews, improve standards, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Support team growth via 1:1s, mentoring, and career development.
Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, design, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

5+ years of commercial experience in front-end development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
Proven experience managing a team (3+ developers) and delivering complex projects.
Deep understanding of browser mechanics, performance optimization, and application architecture.
Solid grasp of testing principles – unit, integration, and e2e testing.
Knowledge of financial systems or trading platforms.

$130,000+ Base Salary (DOE)
