We're looking for a Senior Social Creative who lives and breathes beauty and thrives in the fast-paced, always-on world of social. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, social-first agency, shaping standout work for leading beauty brands.

• Beauty expertise - you know your serums from your setting sprays, with a portfolio full of beauty clients.

• A newsroom mindset - quick-thinking, reactive, and conceptually sharp.

• Big ideas & art direction skills - you can craft and bring bold creative visions to life.

• Leadership qualities - a passion for mentoring, presenting, and driving creative forward.

• Lead and develop social-first creative concepts across multiple beauty accounts.

• Collaborate closely with production, animators, and strategy teams to deliver work that cuts through.

• Present and pitch confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Play a key role in shaping the creative culture of the team, with a clear path to Associate Creative Director level.

• Contract: FTC or Temp-to-Perm

• Salary: ~£60,000

• Location: London hybrid (commutable)

• Start date: ASAP (open to notice periods)
