Fulfilment lead

I’m excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing sports DTC business that’s on the lookout for a Fulfilment Lead to join their team in the West Midlands.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of dispatch and inventory operations - starting hands-on and evolving into a leadership role as the business scales. It’s a fantastic opportunity to join a company with serious growth plans and carve out a long-term career path in logistics leadership.

In this role,
You will...

• Own the end-to-end fulfilment process, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time
• Maintain high quality standards across dispatch - focusing on product condition, presentation, and packaging
• Liaise with customer service, framing, and sales teams to quickly resolve any order issues
• Support other departments (e.g. goods-in, framing) as needed during busy periods

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in a Fulfilment Lead, Logistics Manager, or similar role
• Strong hands-on knowledge of dispatch operations, picking and packing
• A proactive, driven mindset - someone who thrives in a high-performance, growing environment
• A passion for sport is a big bonus!
