Location: Loughton, Essex

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm

Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Fulfilment Manager to join our client's team! This is your chance to shine as you guide a small team to ensure seamless stock control, order fulfilment, and inventory management. You'll play a pivotal role in optimising processes and ensuring products are always available, all while supporting the company's growth!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 4, fostering a professional and productive atmosphere.
• Oversee stock control from ordering to goods inwards, order picking, assembly and despatch operations.
• Ensure all operations comply with company health and safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment to maximise productivity.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent both overstock and out-of-stock situations.
• Implement innovative strategies to enhance inventory management.
• Review and refine policies and procedures to streamline daily operations.
• Work closely with senior managers and other departments, including customer service, marketing, and logistics, to support the company's growth plans and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist during product launches, promotions, and peak times to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
• Proficient in stock control and inventory management.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and supply chain software.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
