Fulfilment Team Leader

Brief Description:

Responsible for overseeing all mailing and order fulfilment operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective processing of orders, packaging, and shipments while maintaining quality and safety standards. Varied role involving flexibility. You will have a integral role in the development of the business.

Job Purpose.
Managing internal and external fulfilment and mailing services.
Apply best practice solutions that deliver cost effective and market competitive facilities.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the mailing and fulfilment team.
Schedule, allocate, and monitor workloads to meet deadlines.
Managing a permanent small team including temporary staff.
Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers/couriers to ensure smooth operations.

Experience required.

Two years in a Mailing/fulfilment/logistics management.
Experience in Management/leadership/ supervisory role, processes or projects.
Data management and reporting.
