The Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you'll help design, develop, and deliver the next generation of Techex’s real-time media transport, processing, and monitoring software. Working in a highly agile and collaborative environment, you'll contribute to software trusted by some of the biggest names in broadcast media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new features and maintain core internal and customer-facing software tools

• Work across the full stack, with an emphasis on Node.js and TypeScript

• Participate in code reviews, agile planning, and team collaboration

• Work closely with customers and technical partners to support live, business-critical broadcast systems

• Contribute to a culture of innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js)

• Experience with a modern front-end framework (ideally React.js)

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows

• Working knowledge of Linux

• Eligibility to live and work in the UK

• Open to office (Bracknell or Leeds) or hybrid UK-based working

Desirable (but not essential):

• UX design experience

• Rust programming language

• Interest in real-time media transport and networking (UDP, RTP, multicast/unicast)

• Experience with AngularJS

• Adaptability to new languages and frameworks
