The Role

Kinetic Investments is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join one of our new ventures - Impact AI. ImpactAI is at the forefront of innovation, creating cutting-edge technologies that bridge the gap between humans and machines. We are a fast growing technology business that is harnessing the power of AI to solve the everyday needs of the person-in-the-street. Our apps guide and inspire a global community of users to explore and use AI.

As a React Native App Developer at ImpactAI, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our cross-platform mobile application. You will collaborate closely with our team of specialists to create a seamless user experience that leverages the power of artificial intelligence. This role is Hybrid with the opportunity to be mostly remote, with 1-2 days in the office expected per month. 

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, maintainable, and scalable React Native applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile development.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Essential: 

• Proficiency in React Native with a strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and related libraries.
• Experience in building and deploying mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with integration of third-party services via APIs.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable:

• Knowledge and experience of the Expo platform.
• Experience with OpenAI or similar.

• £40,000 - £50,000  per annum, dependent on experience.
