My client is an award-winning software organisation. As they scale and innovate, they are looking for a talented Full Stack .NET & React Developer to help them shape the next generation of SaaS products.

You’ll be joining a passionate, collaborative team where your voice is heard and your ideas make a real impact. They are a remote-first company with team members across the UK, and they meet in person twice a year to connect, collaborate, and celebrate.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working across a modern tech stack—including C# .NET 8, React with Redux Toolkit, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps—you’ll help build and enhance software that solves complex problems and delivers real value to clients.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Collaborating with a cross-functional team during fortnightly sprints
• Designing, building, and deploying new features
• Debugging and triaging software issues with our Support team
• Contributing to shaping our technical direction and architecture

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes ownership of their work.

Must-haves:

• Strong experience with C# .NET (v8 preferred) and React (with Redux Toolkit)
• Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server relational databases
• Great communication and a proactive attitude with strong teamwork skills

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure, and TDD/Unit Testing
• Experience with Entity Framework (Core), Agile andSOLID principles
• Relevant degree or equivalent real-world experience
