Our client, a leading global consultancy company is on the lookout for an experienced Full Stack Developer to become a vital part of their team in Glasgow. You'll be joining a leading purpose-led transformation company that not only focuses on technological evolution but also on making a significant impact on society and communities worldwide. This role offers you the opportunity to work on challenging projects, requiring innovative solutions, and thought leadership, for some of the biggest brands globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop cutting-edge web applications, ensuring both front-end usability and back-end functionality.
Work with CSS, JavaScript, and React.js to create user-friendly interfaces, and leverage Node.js for server-side logic, databases, and APIs.
Engage in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability to bring comprehensive solutions to life.
Collaborate closely with various teams within the business, including working directly with customers to support their strategies and improve their processes.
Foster a culture of agile methodologies within the team, contributing to continuous improvement in our software development lifecycle.

Key Skills:

Proficient in full stack development with extensive experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Angular, JavaScript, and React API.
Strong experience with database servers (e.g., Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra), as well as ORM frameworks like Hibernate and JPA.
Skilled in developing microservices for cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and familiar with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, application resiliency, and security.
Experience with testing frameworks such as Junit, Mockito, and Cucumber for both unit and automation testing.

This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary up to £85k plus competitive bonuses. The role has a hybrid setup, requiring three days per week in the office.
