· Supervise whole classes during teacher absences
· Manage classroom behaviour effectively
· Deliver pre-planned lesson activities
· Support students in completing set work
· Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
· Adapt confidently to different subjects and year groups
· Maintain a safe and productive learning environment
Requirements -
The ideal candidate would have:
· Experience working with young people, either in schools or other settings
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Confidence managing groups of students
· A flexible and proactive approach to work
· Excellent organisational skills
· The ability to remain calm under pressure
· A genuine interest in education and supporting student development
