Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor– Clayton Hotel Leeds
We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Food and Beverage Supervisor in the excellent Clayton Hotel Leeds.
You will be joining a well established and forward thinking motivated team, in the largest Hotel in Yorkshire. With 334 bedrooms and 9 Meeting Rooms with the capacity to serve over 700 guests from breakfast to Dinner you will always be kept busy.
Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the F&B Supervisor will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
To represent the Hotel and Group in a professional manner at all times.
To help create an environment which creates good teamwork morale among the food & beverage team and to have pride and commitment to your work.
To promote a helpful and professional image to the guest, and give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance, with a prompt caring and helpful attitude.
To liaise closely with manager on duty on a daily basis to ensure that there is effective communication between your departments.
To drive sales and develop sales initiatives to ensure that the food & beverage offering operates to their maximum potential
Assist in stock control, ordering and replenishment.
Support the manager in ensuring each shift is fully resourced and operationally ready.
Requirements:
Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is desired but not essential.
Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Micros Experience would be preferable.
