Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Can be adjusted to suit mutual needs
Salary: £12.50 per hour with Healthcare and Employment Contract

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to manage all aspects of household upkeep for a busy private residence. This is a varied role requiring someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment and is comfortable working independently. The ideal candidate will also have a love for dogs, enjoy cooking light meals, and be capable of maintaining the exterior areas of the home.

• Daily general cleaning of all rooms (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces)

• Weekly spring cleaning (rotating deep-clean of individual rooms)

• Bathroom and kitchen sanitation

• Cleaning internal windows and glass surfaces

• Laundry: washing, ironing, folding, and putting away clothes and linens

• Changing bed linen and towels regularly

• Emptying bins and managing household waste

• Dog walking (once or twice daily as needed)

• Occasional dog sitting

• Keeping pet areas clean and tidy

• Preparing a light, healthy lunch for two people working from home

• Light kitchen organization and basic meal planning (as required)

• Grocery shopping and inventory management

• Organizing pantry and kitchen supplies

• Managing deliveries and household supplies

• Occasional errands (e.g., dry cleaning, post office)

• Sweeping pathways and keeping the front and back garden areas tidy

• Mowing the lawn and basic garden maintenance (no landscaping required)

• Window ledges and outdoor furniture upkeep

• Proven housekeeping or domestic service experience

• Strong attention to detail and pride in their work

• Trustworthiness, discretion, and a proactive attitude

• A genuine love for dogs and experience caring for pets

• Basic cooking skills

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

• A friendly, positive approach and good communication skills

• A driver’s license is desirable but not essential
