We're looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join one of our lovely primary schools in Croydon.

This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and understands how important those early years are. You'll be supporting children in Nursery or Reception, helping them learn through play, build confidence, and settle into school life.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting children in Nursery or Reception
Helping to deliver fun and engaging learning activities
Encouraging children's social, emotional and language development
Supporting phonics, early reading and number work
Working with small groups and individual pupils when needed
Assisting with observations and learning records
Creating a safe, positive and nurturing environment
Working closely with teachers and the wider EYFS team

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification
Has experience working within an EYFS setting
Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework
Is patient, caring and reliable
Works well as part of a team
Has an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one)
