A long term nanny sought for a lovely family with two children aged 7 years and 5 years old family are based in a village location near Alton.

Hours are Monday until Friday. 

School holiday hours (19 weeks per a year) 7:30am until 7pm. (52.5 hours per a week) 

Term time hours (33 weeks per a year)  7:30am until 10am & 3pm until 7pm. (32.5 hours per a week.) 

Family comfortable offering up to an additional 10 hours per a week in the term time if you wish to provide whole family support including housekeeping, family laundry, meal preparation and cooking, family admin, running errands and light cleaning. This could increase the term time hours to 42.5 hours per a week. Hours can be provided over 2 long days or an extra 2 hours per a day.

Nanny role will involve supporting the children before and after school routine, school drop-offs and pick-ups by car, planning engaging activities, homework supervision, providing evening meal.  

During the school holidays you will provide an engaging day within the local area and at home. Arraigning fun outings, outdoor activities and extra curricular activities around children’s interests.

This fabulous role would suit an experienced childcare professional, you must have previous experience caring for school age children, you will hold a minimum of 5 years professional childcare experience, previous nanny experience preferred, Professional checkable childcare references and enhanced DBS check essential. You must be a confident car driver who is happy to use own car for work purposes or drive the family car.

Position ideally offered daily. Family would consider live in or live in on duty for an exceptional nanny. Private space with own bedroom and bathroom can be provided.

Salary to reflect qualifications and experience. Family are happy to annualise the salary so you receive the same monthly income all year round. Example salary based on £18 gross per an hour. Nanny only duties £38,970 gross per a year or £44,910 for the nanny / housekeeper duties.
