About The Team
We are looking for a driven luxury Sales Associate to work in our beautiful Selfridges consession. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast paced and exciting location.

About The Role
Demonstrate an excellent sales ability by playing an active role on the selling floor
Deliver amazing customer service and exceptional product knowledge
Ensure all KPI targets and expectations are delivered
Possess strong interpersonal skills to aid the development of a client book and returning customer base
Work as a team to ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization
Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed
Ensuring cashing up and EOD reporting is executed correctly
Assist the management team in resolving all client issues/complaints quickly and effectively
Assist with deliveries, visual merchandising and maintaining a tidy back of house
Sales focused

About You
Customer Service:
Ambassador of world class customer service and Linda Farrow

Sales:
Achieve sales targets as set by Management
Always striving to increase sales on floor
Maintain a high productivity target as determined by Management

Operations:
Assist with Visual Merchandising
Assist with Stock Processes
Security

Relations:
Ambassador of Linda Farrow in store
Dedicated to enhancing reputation of brand within the store
Attendance of training meetings and responds positively to coaching feedback

Requirements
Flexible and available to work Retail Hours

Education and Experience
2-4 years Retail Experience
Experience with high-end luxury product
