Full-Stack Software Developer - Worcester - £38k - £45k + excellent benefits

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Full- Stack Software Developer/ Front-End UI who is keen to learn, apply new technologies and develop creative solutions for their customers.

The role will focus primarily on developing modern web application front ends; however, the successful candidate will also be expected to contribute across the full technology stack, including back-end services, secure client server communication and database development.

Required Skills and Experience

* Full-stack development experience, including user interface design, secure client-server communication and database access.

* Proven experience developing modern, responsive web application front ends using a mainstream web framework.

* Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.

* Experience with a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular or Vue.js.

* Ability to understand, develop and maintain RESTful web APIs, including their security requirements.

* Experience designing and managing relational database schemas.

* Familiarity with Git source control and collaborative software development workflows.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

* .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, Microsoft Azure and SQL.

* Proficiency in a server-side language or framework such as .NET, Node.js, Python.

* Working knowledge of SQL databases such as SQL Server, MySQL or Post-greSQL.

* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

* Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker.

* Automated testing and continuous integration or delivery.

* Data analytics or machine learning.

* Internet of Things systems and applications.
