Full-Time Prep Chef | MINCKA Coffee - Haywards Heath, West Sussex

MINCKA Coffee is looking for a full-time Prep Chef to take charge of our small but mighty kitchen. This is a hands-on, solo-chef role. Perfect for someone with solid kitchen experience who loves being organised, working independently, and takes genuine pride in their prep.

We’re not a restaurant kitchen. There’s no ticket machine, no à la carte service. Instead, our menu is all about quality grab-and-go food - think toasted sourdough toasted sandwhiches, focaccia melts, yoghurt & granola pots, acai bowls, and smoothies - all prepped fresh using top-notch ingredients.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit team who care deeply about doing things well, treating each other with respect, and delivering something special every day.

• At least 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
• Confident working solo and handling the full morning prep routine
• Skilled with food prep, basic cooking, and stock control
• Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
• A team player who brings good energy and a high standard of cleanliness

• £29,120–£39,040 salary (depending on experience)
