Functional oracle hcm consultant

Oracle Cloud HCM – REMOTE (UK BASED ONLY) I’m looking for an experienced consultant who has worked on job structure and salary management for a remote contract.

You’ll need Core HR and compensation modules experience, taking requirements and mapping them into the cloud functionality.

Key Skills: Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR – Compensation, implementation, support Oracle HCM Core: Job structure (role/model profile) Salary Management Compensation Experience in minimum of 2 end to end implementations Taking and translating business requirements into system solution and design The project is a working on role configuration/reconfiguration, dealing directly with the end client, from requirements gathering, documentation and gap analysis.

You’ll work through developing solutions and implementation as well and reporting and UAT for the project.

This is a remote role, but must be UK based due to Tax set-up The role is a 6 month contract working for a large banking organisation and is likely to extend
