A global real estate and real estate debt investment manager with over €30bn in assets under management is seeking a Junior Fund Accountant to join their fund finance team. With a presence across multiple international offices and hundreds of professionals worldwide, the business combines global insight with local expertise to deliver high-quality, responsible investment strategies across a range of sectors including office, logistics, retail, living, and debt.

This role is ideal for someone with early finance or accounting experience who is looking to grow within a collaborative and purpose-led organisation. You’ll work closely with Fund Finance Managers to support core accounting, reporting, and governance responsibilities while developing the technical and commercial skills needed to progress within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of statutory accounts and investor reports across fund structures
• Assist with NAV and INREV adjustments and liaise with portfolio management teams
• Coordinate investor drawdowns, distributions, and respond to investor queries
• Support day-to-day cash management, banking, and intercompany reconciliations
• Contribute to transaction support including financial analysis and tax structuring
• Assist with corporate governance tasks including board meeting preparation and filings
• Help manage tax compliance and reporting across fund structures
• Proactively manage workload and deadlines, building strong project management skills

Skills

• Degree educated & ACCA part-qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office proficiency
• Solid accounting foundation with a keen interest in fund finance
• Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organised, and detail-focused team player
• Fluent in written and spoken English
