Fund Finance Director

Equifind are delighted to be partnering with a leading fund management company who are looking to hire a Fund Finance Director to join their growing team. This role has been newly created to take working closely with the Investment Team and will reporting to the CEO.

About the role;

• Manage tax and accounting due diligence on new investments and liaise with deals team on underwriting regarding tax treatment
• Manage relationship with external advisors
• Optimise financial and tax performance of assets at asset and holding level
• Lead and prepare investor reporting
• Managing movement of funds across structures
• Maintain cash flow models
• Manage tax structuring for investment vehicles
• Prepare and calculate co investment amounts

About you

• Experienced Fund Controller with 10 Years PQE
• Strong relationship management experience, including experience dealing with outsourced providers
• Experience working closely with front office teams and highly familiar with European fund structure
