We are looking for an administrator to join our Fund Management team to take on a wide range of daily tasks. You will be responsible for efficient and effective execution of day-to-day tasks, organise the diary and tasks for other team members, monitor incoming tasks, monitor deadlines, communicate with suppliers and clients and other key operational responsibilities.

We are looking for a motivated person with strong time management skills who is looking to gain new knowledge or extend existing knowledge in the industry. The successful candidate will work within a small team with various skills. An appetite for personal development would be desirable with opportunities to take financial services exams available to staff.

Requirements:
Prior experience working with Microsoft Office package
Previous administration experience (preferably in the financial sector) or real-life examples of applying skills needed in education and/or volunteering, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively at various levels.
Knowledge of main investment asset classes and prior financial qualifications would be beneficial, but not essential.
Strong knowledge of excel would be beneficial, but not essential.
Attention to detail, the ability to multitask and prioritise workload, comfortable making phone calls.
