As a Funeral Operative, you will play a vital role in delivering dignified and professional services to families at their time of need. This role requires a caring and empathetic approach, along with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the collection and care of the deceased
• Supporting funeral directors in delivering funeral services
• Handling coffins with dignity and professionalism
• Liaising with families and colleagues to ensure a seamless service

• A professional and compassionate approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A full UK driving licence (essential)
• Physical fitness, as the role involves lifting and manual handling
• Previous experience in the funeral industry is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided
