As part of continued growth, they are now seeking an exceptional Dealing Manager to play a pivotal role in leading an established dealing function while driving growth across an existing portfolio of clients.

This is a genuine opportunity for someone already operating in a senior dealing position who is looking for a platform to elevate their career further.

The Opportunity

This role will suit a high calibre dealing professional with between 5 to 10 years of experience within FX and international payments, someone who understands both the commercial and leadership side of the market.

You will take ownership of growing revenue from an existing client base while leading and mentoring a team of 5 dealers. This is not purely a management role. We are looking for someone commercially minded who can identify opportunities, deepen client relationships, and support the continued performance and development of the dealing team.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and have a real opportunity to make a measurable impact on the growth of the business.
