As our Producer you will play a crucial role in managing the development process of our projects from concept to release. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
Demonstrated history of successfully managing complex projects across multiple disciplines and implementing modern software development methodologies effectively.
Ability to collaborate with discipline leads to define timelines, establish goals, take responsibility for meeting those goals, and provide progress updates to key stakeholders.
Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships and building open, collaborative partnerships with Game Development partners.
Excellent English communication skills, including interviews, presentations, and creating clear and concise documentation.
Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Hansoft), Communication tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Discord), and Office tools (e.g., Google, Microsoft) for day-to-day activities.

Bonus qualifications:
Experience working through all stages of the product life cycle, from ideation to pre-production, release, and iterative updates.
Previous experience as a project manager for a remote team.
Prior experience collaborating with external partners, particularly as an embedded team member.
Background in parallel fields such as Engineering, Design, QA, or data analytics.
Familiarity with Unreal Engine and best practices for developing Unreal Engine games.
